Refund Policy

If Strata isn't for you, tell us within 14 daysof purchase and you get your money back. No questions asked, no forms, no "retention flow".

Email support@getstrata.co.uk from the address you used at checkout (or include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt). We'll issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to your original payment method. It typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

When an order is refunded the license key is deactivated and Pro features switch off. The free tier keeps working, and you're welcome back any time.

The guarantee window is 14 days, but if something is genuinely broken — the app won't run on your machine and we can't fix it — get in touch anyway. We'd rather make it right than keep money for software that doesn't work for you.

Nothing here reduces the rights you have as a consumer under UK, EU, or your local law. This policy sits on top of them, not instead of them.
